  • Vexus is currently in the pre-development phase of a mixed-use project anchored by a 130-room hotel in the prominent Antea district of Querétaro, located on Paseo de la República.

    The development will consist of 15 floors, featuring high-end retail on the ground floor, a hotel, offices on the upper floors, and a rooftop with a restaurant and terrace.

    VEXUS expects to begin construction on the project in late 2026.
